Work is performed throughout residential apartment communities, including occupied units, vacant apartments, exterior grounds, and maintenance areas. Position regularly involves exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, power tools, and moving mechanical equipment.
Requires frequent physical activity including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Regularly lifts, carries, pushes, or pulls tools, appliances, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds. Position involves exposure to varying weather conditions, maintenance equipment, chemicals, and other environmental conditions associated with property maintenance operations.
