Job summary

The Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing in Austell, GA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to lead day-to-day facilities operations, preventative care, repairs, and inspections. You’ll guide a maintenance team to keep the building safe, clean, and well-maintained for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare maintenance leadership experience, strong knowledge of HVAC, water heaters, and kitchen equipment, and a commitment to a supportive, high-quality work

Responsibilities

• Complete or supervise repairs in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, painting, drywall, roofing, and more.
• Maintain organized storage and mechanical rooms.
• Ensure proper care and safe use of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Manage maintenance budgets effectively.

Position Summary
