Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping/Laundry Tech to maintain a warm, home-like environment for residents. You will clean rooms, launder linens, and ensure supplies reach the right areas with care and respect.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry laundry bags and push carts.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Compassion, respect, and care for residents; team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and shared facilities.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry including linens and resident clothing.
• Distribute clean laundry to appropriate areas and rooms.
• Operate washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely.
• Follow cleaning protocols and infection control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
• Handle clothing and linens with care and respect.
• Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for residents.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and shared facilities
• Collect, wash, dry, and fold laundry, including linens and resident clothing
• Distribute clean laundry to appropriate areas and resident rooms
• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow cleaning protocols and infection control procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
• Handle clothing and linens with care and respect
• Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all residents
• Work alongside a supportive and compassionate team

What We're Looking For:

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience (especially in healthcare or long-term care — a plus, but not required!)
