Job Description:
Cape Fox, subsidiary Mountain Point is seeking a Maintenance Database Administrator. The Maintenance Database Administrator is responsible for development, performance, integrity, and security of the FEM (Maximo) systems for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The administrator will oversee and manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) while integrating data management tools. This role ensures the CMMS is fully operational, accurate, and optimized for scheduling, tracking, and reporting maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, data management skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to enhance maintenance efficiency. This team member will also assist with U.S. Army policy requirements to maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO). Other duties may be assigned as needed in the future by management.

Comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local environmental regulations including requirements contained in the Endangered Species Act (ESA) of 1973, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) of 1972, the Environmental Review Guide for Operations (ERGO), the Erosion and Sedimentation Act of 1975, and the most recent Manual for Erosion and Sediment Control in Georgia published by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission. The Contractor, subcontractors, and their employees shall be knowledgeable of all regulations relative to their job and duties.
