Introduction
Design the Backbone of Global Humanitarian Collaboration
Are you a data mastermind with a love for elegant systems and meaningful missions? At Conversa Corps, we coordinate disaster response around the world—and data is at the heart of everything we do. We're seeking a highly experienced Airtable expert to take charge of our most critical digital infrastructure: our Airtable-based information ecosystem. Your work will directly impact global aid coordination and emergency response, helping teams connect faster, act smarter, and save more lives.
This is more than a technical role—this is an opportunity to build and maintain the beating heart of an international humanitarian network. You’ll work closely with internal teams, interface designers, and external platforms (Slack, WordPress, Atlassian, and more) to ensure our data flows seamlessly, our tools work beautifully, and our mission is fully supported by smart, scalable systems.
Company OverviewConversa Corps is a Denver-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to transforming multi-team crisis response through digital collaboration. Through Aid Arena, a free, vetted, professional online Slack workspace, and Aid Base, a comprehensive database of aid organizations, we connect emergency response organizations of all sizes—from local ad hoc groups to international NGOs—enabling efficient communication, resource sharing, and coordinated relief efforts. Our mission addresses the critical challenge of disconnected communications during disaster response by providing free tools that foster inclusivity and transparency across the global aid community. By empowering these "helpers" to connect, share knowledge, and coordinate efforts, Conversa Corps aims to improve disaster response, enhance global aid efficiency, and build a stronger, more unified humanitarian community. The Aid Arena Hotline, an AI-driven phone service, further extends community support by providing critical information and facilitating communication with the public during crises.
Benefits of VolunteeringGain new skills or enhance existing ones, such as communication, leadership, project management, and technical expertise, which can be valuable for career growth. Broaden your perspective and experience by working in a field that is global, brings personal fulfillment and where you can learn how we as human race come to the aid of those who need it. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to improving disaster response globally while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies. Your work will directly impact humanitarian efforts, right now, helping responders find the resources they need to save lives. Plus, you’ll build a network of like-minded professionals committed to creating positive change. Set yourself apart from the crowd, show you are willing to do good with your talents, and include this job on your resume!

Your expertise will directly enhance how humanitarian organizations worldwide find each other, share resources, and coordinate during emergencies.
