Job summary

Tastepoint by IFF is looking for a driven and innovative Maintenance Data Specialist to join the New Century Kansas manufacturing team. This role involves managing the maintenance management information system (MMIS) and fostering collaboration with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Highly developed communication and organizational skills.

• Computer and technical literacy with Microsoft Office software.
• Prior experience with SAP / Maintenance Management Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gatekeeper for maintenance management information (MMIS) system.
• Manage the MMIS portion of the management of change (MOC) process.
• Build and maintain equipment BOMS and create equipment IDs.
• Maintain inspection reports and critical documentation.
• Collaborate with site engineers and maintenance teams.
• Review maintenance inventory levels and standardize equipment.
• Participate on maintenance and capital project teams.
• Complete SAP data analyses to enhance maintenance efficiencies.
• Maintain MMIS procedures and assist with work order closures.
