This key role coordinates between maintenance operations and data analytics, ensuring that work orders and maintenance records are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service writer, maintenance coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple work orders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create, track, and manage equipment work orders within the CMMS.
• Ensure all work orders meet documentation, compliance, and recordkeeping standards.
• Track maintenance events and corrective actions within the CMMS system.
• Research, validate, and reconcile maintenance records.
• Coach technicians on work order detail and documentation expectations.
