Pratt & Whitney AutoAir, RTX’s manufacturing center of excellence, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an automated production line in Plant 5. You will be trained on maintaining robotics, conveyors, ovens, and spraying systems, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

The role offers extensive up-front training and ongoing learning opportunities within a state-of-the-art facility, with shift flexibility and a focus on skilled maintenance across aerospace manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience in a Production Manufacturing Environment.
• Experience with Equipment Maintenance.
• Experience as an Aerospace Mechanic or Completed A&P Certification.
• Hands-on work across trades: automotive body work, painting, machining, metal fabrication, welding, composites, automation, electrical, mechanical troubleshooting.

• Complete Corrective Work Orders for repairs on equipment and in the shop.

What You Will Do

This position will serve as a highly skilled Maintenance Technician that will support the production manufacturing line in Plant 5. This line is comprised of many highly automated operations including a state-of-the-art coating line. Candidates should be willing to be trained on the maintenance of a wide range of robotics, conveyors, ovens, and spraying systems. There will be extensive up front training and continued learning trainings for the employee in this role.

Pratt & Whitney AutoAir is the Raytheon Technologies composite manufacturing center of excellence for aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Maintenance, Repair Operations (MRO) products, and is a sourced supplier on several new engine programs with noteworthy growth in the coming years.
