Our staff plays a vital part in our ministry. Our position is to be of service to the congregants, ministries, and visitors. In conjunction with the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Administrative Office, we work together as a team responsibly for the safety, cleanliness, and efficient operations of the building and grounds.

Qualifications

Dependable, committed worker. Candidates must possess the ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and be mindful of the environment. Must be at least 18 years old. Institutional cleaning experience and a valid driver’s license are a plus but not required. Child Abuse & FBI Clearances are required.

Duties & Functions

1. Monitor and maintain facilities (4) and property cleanliness and safety
2. Perform general daily cleaning of offices and common areas
3. Maintain floors, including different surfaces
4. Upkeep of grounds, including occasional snow removal
5. Perform general repairs (e.g., bathroom fixtures, broken windows)
6. Support the catering ministry occasionally (set-up, transport, clean-up, breakdown)
7. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. (e.g., paint buckets, cement bags, salt, small equipment, product deliveries)
