Principal Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Perform duties related to window washing, meeting set up, pool cleaning, snow removal, grounds keeping, and other related responsibilities.
• Operate related motorized and non‑motorized equipment.
• Record and report needed repairs; perform repairs as directed.
• Ensure the JCC building and outdoor property is secure, checking for trash, broken playground pieces, and other duties during your shift; report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Replace soap, paper towels, and other supplies.
• Set up and break down areas before and after meetings, events and other activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as a team member to complete assignments.
• Available to work on weekends.
• Available to work overtime as necessary.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.

Salary:

$35,000 - $45,000
