Maintenance Custodian Associate – Sam's Club

Base Pay Range

$17.00 to $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for members and associates by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and performing general housekeeping in parking lots, restrooms, and store floors.
• Respond promptly to spills and other hazards, operating floor scrubbers and other equipment as needed.
• Ensure hazardous materials are handled, stored, and disposed of in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Document and report unsafe conditions or incidents to management.
• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver a welcoming first and last impression to all customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to work on your feet for an entire shift and perform physically demanding tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in custodial or maintenance work.
• Comfortable with fast‑paced, changing work environments.
