Job description

Overview

Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam's Club. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for members and associates. Base pay range is $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as needed, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low.

Compensation and Benefits
