Job description

Overview

Position: Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club. Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr. Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate stock, store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low.
• Support a positive member experience by ensuring a great first and last impression.
