Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Maintenance/Custodian to join our facilities team. You’ll perform routine cleaning, polish floors, and assist with minor repairs, all while following safety procedures. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with daytime hours.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and with teammates to keep our environment safe, clean, and welcoming, and to support daily maintenance needs.

Our client, a facility management organization, is seeking a Maintenance/Custodian to join their team. As a Maintenance/Custodian, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting the operational needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance/Custodian

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
