You will walk properties, manage mowing, pruning, bed care, mulching, and seasonal cleanups, while keeping timesheets and photos up to date and maintaining equipment readiness for the next stop.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of field landscape maintenance experience or a horticulture/landscape degree with crew time.
• Working knowledge of turf, bed, and plant care practices.
• Valid driver's license; able to drive medium-duty trucks with a trailer.
• Comfortable communicating site issues before they become client complaints.
• Able to work outside through all four Ohio seasons.
