Job summary

Christian Living Communities, Louviers, CO, seeks a maintenance professional to support building operations. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems, process work orders, and assist with safety drills and documentation.

Under direction of the Building Operations lead and Facilities Services Director, you’ll help maintain a safe, functional community for residents and staff, including snow removal and grounds tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of building maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting).
• HVAC knowledge preferred; familiar with tools and equipment for the role.
• Understanding of Life Safety, OSHA, MSDS and Healthcare regulations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; PMworkx CMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and repair equipment, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Complete community work orders and ensure timely completion for staff and residents.
• May perform and log monthly fire drills; ensure fire extinguishers are in good repair and dated.
