Job summary

Christian Living Communities seeks a maintenance-oriented professional to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems across the community. The role includes handling work orders, ensuring safety, and supporting the on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include inspections, fire safety compliance, and assisting with renovations and grounds tasks, with emphasis on timely, quality work for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Knowledge of HVAC preferred; familiar with relevant tools/equipment.
• Knowledge of Life Safety, OSHA, MSDS, and Healthcare regulations preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; PMworkx CMMS experience preferred.
• Colorado driver’s license in good standing; excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• Complete community work orders and ensure timely completion for employees and residents.
• May perform monthly fire drills and ensure fire extinguishers are in good repair and dated.
• Assist Facilities Services Director with compliance and documentation of maintenance functions.
• Assist with snow removal, room renovation, and grounds maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
