Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Valid Colorado State Driver’s license in good standing.
• Knowledge of Life Safety, OSHA, and MSDS regulations preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and make repairs on equipment and systems.
• Complete community work orders in a timely manner.
• Log fire drills and maintain fire safety equipment.
• Ensure compliance and documentation related to maintenance.
• Assist with snow removal and grounds maintenance.
