Qualifications

• Associate degree or accredited maintenance training is required.
• State licensure and Chauffeur License within 30 days of hire are required.
• Strong interpersonal, computer, and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to keep facility, grounds, and equipment safe and appealing.
• Implement and document preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise and train maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain interiors/exteriors, including apartments, offices, and grounds.
• Prepare apartments for move-ins (painting, flooring, ceiling fans).
• Maintain and repair facility equipment; manage fire safety and emergency systems.
• Inspect apartments for hazards and perform janitorial tasks as needed.
• Transport residents in company vehicles; respond to emergencies when required.
