You will direct shop mechanics, organize daily workflows, and leverage Google software to track work orders and maintenance activities.

You will collaborate with administrative staff and field leaders, maintain records, and drive uptime while managing repair costs with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related fleet or maintenance coordination experience.
• Strong organizational capabilities with Google software suites.
• Proven leadership abilities to direct, guide, and collaborate effectively with fleet mechanics.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a proactive approach to real-time problem-solving.
• Experience working within civil, heavy construction, or industrial equipment environments.
• Experience with parts ordering with heavy equipment
• Basic mechanical knowledge - Heavy Duty Diesel (semi-trucks)
