Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet or maintenance coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills with experience using Google software suites.
• Proven leadership abilities to direct and collaborate effectively with fleet mechanics.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a proactive approach to real-time problem-solving.
• Experience working within civil, heavy construction, or industrial equipment environments.
• Experience with parts ordering with heavy equipment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge - Heavy Duty Diesel (semi-trucks).
