Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review demand and initiate purchase orders for materials and/or services to meet maintenance schedules.
2. Perform inventory analytics to ensure optimal levels and manage obsolete and defective items.
3. Collaborate with the accounting team for proper fiscal reporting.
4. Create work plans to meet quality and timeliness expectations.
5. Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or other systems.
6. Improve planning methodology for preventative maintenance programs (PMO).
7. Complete reports and update KPI data.
8. Receive goods and record receipts against purchase orders.
9. Ensure compliance with bin review and cycle count standards.
10. Resolve inventory issues using CMMS or other systems.
11. Control storeroom access and enforce stock issue procedures.
12. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
13. Follow safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
14. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Job Specifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Good communication skills essential.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Refrigerated food manufacturing plant, office, and warehouse environments.
• Environment may be wet or dry; temperatures from 25°F to 110°F.
• Occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending with items over 50 lbs.
