What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to orders submitted by phone and email in an efficient and friendly manner
- Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturer interval-based timing and appropriate pricing
- Negotiate pricing and create purchase orders according to operating procedures
- Contact clients to provide recommendations, explain proposed repair procedures, and gain approval
- Suggest proper service locations for clients and make recommendations to internal business partners regarding repairs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must live in the Orlando Metropolitan Area and the state of Florida
- Six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications
- Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership
