What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and email in a friendly manner
- Review service proposals to ensure compliance with manufacturer service intervals and pricing
- Negotiate pricing and warranty applications while creating purchase orders
- Communicate repair recommendations to clients and gain necessary approvals
- Identify and recommend appropriate service locations for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in the Tampa Metropolitan Area and the state of Florida
- Six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
- Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership preferred
