A leading company in Albertville, AL, is looking for a highly organized Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations. This role involves managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining precise inventory controls. Ideal candidates should possess strong mechanical skills and a proven track record in maintenance management.
Maintenance Coordinator (Maintenance)
Ensure personal safety and actively support safety initiatives and procedures.
Maintain the CMMS, including printing, logging, updating, and performing daily system maintenance tasks.
Oversee the replenishment, research, ordering, receiving, organizing, inventory management, and stocking of materials for Maintenance and Operations.
Support the Purchasing Order system and maintain accurate records.
Complete any other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; post-High School education is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong mechanical aptitude, including experience with blueprint reading and a basic understanding of industrial equipment.
Excellent math, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, be flexible with changes, and respond quickly to urgent tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to identify problems, analyze situations, and implement resolutions.
Motivated to learn, grow, and work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent safety record and adherence to safety practices.
