The Maintenance Controller is responsible for monitoring all maintenance activities outside of Heavy Maintenance at CommuteAir, ensuring the safe and timely resolution of aircraft discrepancies. They provide technical support and oversight for line maintenance operations, coordinating repairs with frontline teams and vendor maintenance providers. This role acts as a critical liaison between Maintenance, Flight Operations, and Dispatch to minimize delays and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintenance Controllers troubleshoot issues, manage deferred maintenance items, and authorize corrective actions to maintain operational integrity.
