Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services is seeking an Independent Maintenance Contractor in the Harmar area. You will perform maintenance across residential and office settings, handling carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall repair, painting, and tiling.
You must have your own tools and be available on an on-call basis during winter for plowing. Compensation is $40/hour with an IRS Form 1099 issued.

Independent Contractors contribute to the maintenance of the community homes where individuals Passavant Memorial Homes is privileged to serve reside as well as the associated offices and facilities, creating comfortable and productive living and work environments. Facility types include both residential and office settings. Additional compensation opportunities, if available, for snow ploughing and salting.
