The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our senior living community. You will perform preventive maintenance, assist residents, and handle building/grounds upkeep. The role requires safe, independent work with occasional after-hours availability.
Light troubleshooting, equipment care, and coordination with vendors may be required. Valid driver’s license and ability to respond to emergencies are essential.

The Maintenance Assistant provides ongoing preventative maintenance and resident assistance, building and grounds maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance problems and various related tasks as assigned. Performs most tasks independently with occasional assistance of outside vendor. Is available to respond to maintenance emergencies that may arise outside of regular working hours.
Practices good safety awareness and follows safety procedures, including infection control measures where applicable. Ability to be self-supervising and self-motivating. Able to set priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner. Must demonstrate a positive, courteous and respectful attitude to residents, families, staff and visitors.
