Position Information

Join the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) as a Maintenance Contract Inspector and help keep Texas moving! TxDOT's Atlanta District is looking for a Maintenance Contract Inspector (General Engineering Tech I) to join our team in Carthage, Texas. In this essential role, you will oversee key aspects of infrastructure maintenance, including:

• Processing damage claims efficiently and accurately
• Inspecting various routing maintenance contracts
• Managing data entry and reporting through SiteManager
• Monitoring and tracking traffic control budgets
• Conducting thorough bridge inspections to ensure safety and compliance
