Qualifications

• Basic skills in carpentry, electrical systems, fabrication, general construction, mechanical, plumbing.
• Experience with power hand tools and ladders/scaffolding.
• Two to three years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned buildings, fixtures, machines, appliances, and note maintenance needs.
• Perform basic maintenance on appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units.
• Install lavatory fixtures, ceilings, floor tiles, locks, glass, doors.
• Fabricate and finish walls, shelving, cabinetry, storage areas for remodels.
• Coordinate maintenance work by contractors.
• May provide design input.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
