Job summary

State of North Carolina - OSHR Temporary Solutions in Raleigh is seeking a Maintenance/Construction Technician II for a temporary assignment. You will diagnose and repair maintenance systems, perform preventive work, and keep accurate records. Qualifications include a high school or GED and 1 year in the trade.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance malfunctions and system failures.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, repairs and maintenance.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues and recommend equipment upgrades.
  • Other duties as assigned.
