Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to type proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties to support the location’s Shop Manager.
• Sort, review, organize and file various documentation (i.e prevent maintenance forms, invoices, printed emails, employee files).
• Utilize company software to order, review, send, receive and track parts in inventory as well as the ability to review mechanic’s repair orders for accurate part disposition daily.
