Workforce Services is seeking a reliable Shop Maintenance Helper to join our team. The role focuses on keeping the shop clean and organized, managing inventory in parts rooms, and providing data entry support. You may assist mechanics with minor tasks and travel to other shops as needed.

Ideal candidates will have prior maintenance or janitorial experience, physical stamina for lifting, and strong teamwork and communication skills. This position emphasizes safety and efficient task completion.

Job Title: Shop Maintenance Helper

Our company is seeking a reliable Shop Maintenance Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our shop, Inventory Parts rooms, Data Entry as well as assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and organize the shop on a daily basis
• Willing to Help out the mechanics around the shop with minor jobs, extra hand is a plus
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Assist Parts/Inventory/ Data entry
• Drive to other shops to help parts room/Inventory

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a maintenance and or janitorial role preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
