Rate: $30.00/hr based on experience

The Maintenance Clerk IV provides advanced administrative, and systems support for maintenance operations, ensuring accurate records, efficient scheduling, and effective coordination across teams. This role manages complex maintenance documentation, inventory activities, and reporting processes to support operational reliability. The position partners with maintenance, operations, and vendors to maintain compliance, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and audit maintenance work orders and records.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and updates.
• Maintain equipment documentation and compliance files.
• Track inventory levels and support procurement activities.
• Generate maintenance metrics, reports, and data analyses.
• Coordinate vendor services, contracts, and service records.
• Support CMMS administration and data integrity initiatives.
• Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of maintenance administration, facilities support, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.
• Ability to analyze records, prepare reports, and manage multiple priorities.
• Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Preferred Requirements

• Associate degree in business, operations, or a related field.
• 6+ years of maintenance, manufacturing, or facilities support experience.
• Experience with inventory control, purchasing, and vendor management processes.
• Certification or formal training in maintenance systems, inventory management, or related disciplines.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is 30.00.
