INEOS Acetyls Chemicals Texas City, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution in the assigned unit.

You will coordinate day-to-day maintenance, outages, and interfaces with operations, engineering, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable plant performance. The role emphasizes asset reliability, continuous improvement, and cost-conscious work management, with emphasis on SAP/CMMS and field safety planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations-related experience in a petrochemical facility.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, or work management processes.
• Proficiency with SAP/CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.
• TWIC credential and a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full maintenance workflow including identification, planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Lead daily/weekly planning meetings to align maintenance with priorities and resources.
• Interface between operations, maintenance, engineering and contractors.
• Manage work orders in SAP and ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
• Support asset reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
