We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated Maintenance Caretaker to join our growing team. Full-time or Part-Time opportunity available!

As a Maintenance Caretaker, you'll be the heartbeat of our properties, ensuring that every community shines and our residents feel right at home. You'll play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic and operational quality of our properties, from pristine interiors to lush landscaping. Your work will directly contribute to the happiness of our residents and the reputation of Atwood Management.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain Grounds and Interiors: Ensure properties are clean, landscaped, and well-kept to high standards.
• Conduct Inspections: Perform regular drive-by inspections to monitor property conditions and compliance.
• Collaborate with Team: Assist maintenance technicians with work orders and prepare units for move-in.
• Perform Detailed Inspections: Conduct inspections during move-ins and move-outs to keep properties in top condition.
• Provide Feedback: Communicate property conditions and suggest improvements to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• A reliable, motivated individual with a passion for cleaning and groundskeeping.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Ability to pass a background check.
