We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated Maintenance Caretaker to join our growing team. Full-time or Part-Time opportunity available!

As a Maintenance Caretaker, you'll be the heartbeat of our properties, ensuring that every community shines and our residents feel right at home. You'll play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic and operational quality of our properties, from pristine interiors to lush landscaping. Your work will directly contribute to the happiness of our residents and the reputation of Atwood Management.

What You'll Do:

• Be the Guardian of Grounds and Interiors: Maintain our properties to the highest standards with meticulous cleaning, landscaping, and general upkeep.
• Eyes on the Prize: Conduct regular drive-by inspections to ensure properties remain in top condition and are free of violations.
• Team Up: Collaborate with maintenance technicians, offering a helping hand with work orders and ensuring units are move-in ready.
• The Inspector: Carry out detailed inspections during move-ins, move-outs, and as needed, keeping our properties in peak condition.
• Advocate for Excellence: Provide valuable feedback to leadership on property conditions and potential improvement projects based on your observations and resident interactions.

What We're Looking For:

• A reliable, motivated “people-person” with a knack for cleaning and grounds keeping.
• Must have your own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Ability to pass a background check.
