Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant's Maintenance and Project Management teams. You will direct repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance, host CapEx projects, and ensure GMP compliance at the Kenosha, WI facility.

You will own PM systems, drive breakdown analysis and defect handling, and oversee budget, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. A background in lean manufacturing and strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Lean, system-driven maintenance environment experience.
• Experience with CMMS and SAP preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMs, Breakdown Analysis, and Defect Handling with accountability for effectiveness.
• Monitor DH tracker and BDAs; ensure health checks and metrics reporting.
• Lead projects redesigning/ installing processing assets; manage scope, time, and budget.
• Coach Lean CI processes and Progressive Maintenance practices across the site.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage maintenance and CapEx budgets.
