Job summary

City Brewing Company is seeking a Maintenance Buyer to support the maintenance department by sourcing parts, supplies, and external services. You will manage parts rooms and track orders to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include creating purchase orders, overseeing inventories, forecasting needs with Maintenance Planners, and ensuring compliance with Food Safety, Safety, GMP policies while providing data reports and supervising Inventory Coordinators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical diploma or related coursework preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Parts inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Work closely with Maintenance Planners on forecasting upcoming maintenance needs.
• Work close with Accounting to on approved vendors list.
• Ensure purchases comply with all Company policies: Food Safety, Safety, GMP, etc…
• Provide reports and data analysis.
• Supervise Inventory Coordinators.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Technical Diploma or coursework in related field preferred.
