Job Description

The Maintenance Attendant (MA) is responsible for light maintenance and housekeeping, including room preparation after guest departure, and general and preventive maintenance inside and outside the facility.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform light and preventive maintenance, such as shampooing carpets, light electrical work (changing outlets or switches), light plumbing (toilet repairs, unclogging sinks), painting, caulking, pest control, janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, and maintaining public spaces.

Additional Duties

• Manage laundry duties: sorting, washing, drying, folding linens, and maintaining laundry facilities.
• Cross-train and perform duties of Move-Out, Stay-Over, and Flex Attendants as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
