Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at Woodspring Suites in Broomfield, Colorado!

About the Role:

Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Property Attendant who is a team player and flexible in handling various hotel responsibilities. These include preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, preparing rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

1. Maintenance: Managing work orders promptly, performing tasks like carpet shampooing, floor cleaning, light electrical and plumbing work, preventative maintenance, janitorial duties, parking lot upkeep, trash removal, PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, and caulking.
2. Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and equipment, and placing orders as needed.
3. Housekeeping Preparation: Getting rooms ready for housekeeping, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and assessing maintenance needs.
4. Emergency Procedures: Following property emergency protocols to ensure safety and security.
5. Other Duties: As assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Performing kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
