Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at Woodspring Suites in Broomfield, Colorado!

About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Property Attendant who is a committed team player and flexible in completing various hotel responsibilities. These include general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Managing work orders promptly, adhering to preventative maintenance schedules, and performing tasks such as carpet shampooing, floor cleaning, light electrical and plumbing work, drywall repair, painting, caulking, and more.
• Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and tools, and placing orders with management.
• Housekeeping Prep: Preparing rooms for housekeeping, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Following property emergency protocols and ensuring guest and property security.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Performing tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
