Job summary

Advenco Forests in Cle Elum, WA is hiring for the 2026 season for Maintenance positions across several campgrounds. Join our forested district to support lodging, retail stores, restaurants and housing maintenance while enjoying outdoor work.

Responsibilities include receiving and completing work orders, basic repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing and landscaping. Follow safety guidelines and work as part of a hands-on maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance or construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, masonry, landscaping.
• Assist with building and grounds upkeep as requested.
• Capable of hands-on repairs in multiple trades.

Reports to: General Manager

Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Maintenance team in performing a variety of basic skills involved in the upkeep of buildings and grounds, including lodging, retail stores, restaurants and housing.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and complete work orders, in a timely and efficient manner, as required by Maintenance Department policies and procedures. Must assist in the completion, tracking and reporting of work orders
• Perform assigned maintenance and mechanical duties for buildings and associated facilities, furnishings and equipment as requested
• Capable of “hands on repairs” in most maintenance disciplines

Requirements:

• Demonstrate basic skill in the use of tools, materials and equipment common to maintenance and repair
• Possess the initiative to learn and willingness to grow in maintenance operations
• Understand and effectively follow oral and written instructions
• Must be able to work on ladders, scaffolding, elevated platforms or crawl spaces, tunnels, ledges and roofs and understand the OSHA safety requirements as applicable
• Education: High school Diploma or equivalent technicalcertification/degreepreferred.
• Experience: 1 year of general maintenance and/or construction
