## Description**Job Responsibilities:*** Follow all safety procedures and company policies* Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)* Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns* Troubleshoot and fix minor mechanical and structural problems* Maintain and repair tools, machinery, and warehouse equipment* Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner* Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe* Assist with preventative maintenance programs* Maintain maintenance logs and report completed work* Coordinate with supervisors or external vendors for larger repairs* Operate a forklift to perform duties as needed* All other duties as assigned by the supervisor**Qualifications & Skills (Required):*** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* General passion for creative problem-solving**Education and Experience Requirements:*** High school diploma or equivalent required* 1–3 years of maintenance or related experience preferred* Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems* Ability to use hand and power tools safely* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
