Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person for a busy restaurant in Blandford, MA. You will help keep interior and exterior areas clean, maintain equipment, and support overall restaurant operations.

The position offers starting pay of $16/hour, earned Paid sick leave, and access to Archways to Opportunity education, plus health/dental/vision coverage and one week of vacation after one year. This is a franchisee-operated restaurant role.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
