McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep interior and exterior areas clean and to maintain restaurant equipment at a Massachusetts franchise location. The role supports a fast-paced team to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include tasks to support a franchise restaurant’s operations.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
