Job summary

McDonald’s Franchise invites applications for a Maintenance Person to keep interior and exterior areas clean and restaurant equipment in top condition. You’ll follow safety standards, perform daily tasks from fryer oil filtration to trash removal, and support team operations in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $16/hour with earned paid sick leave, education through Archways to Opportunity, and comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness to restaurant standards.
• Maintenance experience or ability to operate and assist with basic equipment.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
