McDonald's Restaurants Limited in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep interior and exterior restaurant spaces clean and to maintain equipment. You will join the Maintenance Team and support daily operations to ensure safety and high standards.

The role includes manual tasks, teamwork, and adherence to company policies. Starting pay is $16/hour with benefits including paid sick leave, education benefits, health/dental/vision coverage, and vacation after one year.

Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof
• Support with maintaining restaurant standards and safety
