Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person for a franchise-operated restaurant in the United States. The role focuses on cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and grounds upkeep to ensure a safe, inviting dining environment.

The Maintenance Person will support management, perform routine upkeep, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness across interior and exterior areas. Training and benefits including health coverage and employee discounts accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or food-service environment is preferred.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2-3 times a week
• Take out and empty trash
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
