Job summary

OK Produce, Inc. in Fresno, CA seeks a facility maintenance worker to perform repairs and improvements across our facility. The role includes fabricating and repairing guards, completing PM services, and supporting building operations.

Compensation starts at a $23 hourly base with a time-and-a-half premium ($11.50) to reach up to $34.50 per hour for all hours worked; candidates must be at least 18, have basic English, and be able to work safely at height. Full-time benefits apply after probation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
• Basic digital communication skills (smartphone, email, text).
• Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, drills, hammers, screwdrivers).
• Experience in facility maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Welding experience (Arc and MIG).
• Experience in plumbing.
• Must wear safety equipment for different environments.
• Must be able to work in elevated/high environments.
• Must be able to obtain aerial lift certification.
